Job Summary
The position will be helping to carry out all the facets designated to NCA Division 1 program like recruitment, coaching, mentoring, supporting, developing of student athletes.
The Assistant Coach will be responsible for:
- Teaching, coaching, mentoring and inspiring of student athletes
- Attending all practices and competition
- Helping to organize all the facets of athlete's development
- Positive environment creation
- Helping to identify and recruit qualified student athletes
- Maintains precise records of all recruiting contracts
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years experience in coaching/playing
- Knowledge and adherence to NCAA and member conference rules
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Successful background check
