Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with operational and logistical planning for Youth or High School coach clinics, Advance Shoulder Tackling clinics, and other NFL events and clinics involving both coaches and athletes.

  • Availability to travel and serve as the on-site lead at any and all clinics listed above.

  • Manage in office duties such as equipment shipments, finance submissions, Master Trainer communication, and booking hotel rooms and flights for Master Trainers

  • Work directly with facility contacts, Athletic Directors, and Youth commissioners when scheduling coaching clinics.
  • Work in a team and individually to coordinate events throughout the summer 

 
 Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Recent graduate (within past 6 months) or current student pursuing a degree in sports management, business or related area

  • Experience with event operations or working with a sports organization is necessary

  • Experience working with Youth or High School coaches is preferred

  • Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand/walk for long periods of time

  • Detail oriented and organized; ability to multi-task and problem solve

  • Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone

  • Organizational and project management skills

  • Hard working individual that is eager to learn and grow as a sports professional

 
Education and Experience:
  • Recent graduate (within past 6 months) or current student pursuing a degree in business, sports management or related area
 
Work Environment
  • This job primarily operates in a professional office environment.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  
 
Physical Demands
  • Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending, manual dexterity and ability to lift on occasion up to 100 pounds. 
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand/walk for long periods of time
