Job Summary

Position Overview:

The Manager, Human Resources (exact title TBD) will play a significant role in developing the culture and growth .

The Human Resources Manager will be intricately involved in growth strategies, recruitment, benefits, and on boarding of new employees.

This successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leads the implementation of performance management systems and manages the in-house employee Leadership and Development program

 • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns, and temporary employees

• Organizes and conducts new-employee orientations, on boarding and check-ins

• Manage the planning, evaluation and administration of the company’s benefit packages (e.g., insurance, 401k, etc.)

• Implements new approaches, training's, and policies to effect continual improvements in efficiency of all departments 

• Maintains compliance with federal and state employment regulations, employee handbook, policies and company procedures manual

• Maintains employee records in accordance with legislative requirements and club policies

• Responsible for preparing and delivering monthly/quarterly/departmental payroll reconciliations
