Job Summary

Temporary Freelance On-Air Promo Coordinator sought. Reporting to the OAP management team, responsibilities include clear communication of asset details, meticulous attention to detail, collaboration in a remote/hybrid environment, and proficiency in Excel. Flexibility in work schedule, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Cable/Broadcast television in a project management or administrative role.

Computer savvy & proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Bachelor’s degree in television production or a related field.

Experience with Salesforce or other project management tools.

Knowledge of production process and network operations.
