Job Summary
The position will be overseeing and leading the daily operation of Guest Service department including Guest Service staff and its gameday operations.
Duties
- Setting of department goals while monitoring employee performance
- Performing administrative tasks of the department
- Directing, developing and updating of customer service policies
- Developing and creating guest service culture
- Ensure top level customer service to guests
- Preparing and developing of analytic reports
- Other related tasks
