Job Summary

• Assist with first-level IT support for the team front-office staff
• Assist with game day support for Information Technology
• Provide first-level IT support for baseball operations, vendors, and others as needed
• Assist in IT projects and hardware refreshes

• Basic IT skills with strong desire to learn and develop these skills to include but not limited to networking of computers and troubleshooting of systems malfunctions
• Experience working with Windows 7 and Mac OS in a technical support environment
• Knowledge of recent versions of Microsoft Office (2010, 2013, 2016)
• Strong client-facing verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds
