Job Summary
The position will take charge in providing top notch service in all traditional and premium season plan holders.
Duties
- Creating and implementing levels of service and fulfillment
- Renewing and retaining of season plan accounts
- Visiting and hosting of prospects and current clients
- Work on all all home games
- Assisting in annual renewal execution
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports management, marketing, or related
- 2 years of professional sports ticket sales and customer service experience
- CRM experience
- Strong skills in communications/problem solving
