Job Summary

The position will be in charge of record maintaining, scheduling, charting and other related to ensure prompt PM or repair of components, structures, systems.

Duties

• Troubleshooting and repairing of pipe and pipeline systems
• Blueprint and building codes reviewing
• Installing, repairing and maintaining of plumbing systems
• Reviewing of building plans and specification
• Selection of proper pipe type
• Assembly and installation of valves and fittings
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good skills reasoning, communication, analytical, problem solving
• Self starter and motivated
