Key responsibilities: Assist head coach with all aspects of the high school baseball program. Availability to attend practices, games and team events regularly. Promote sportsmanship, discipline and team values. Communicate effectively with players, staff and families. Assist with game planning and administrative tasks. Qualifications: Previous coaching experience at the high school level or above. Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of the game.
