Job Summary

 

This role oversees all aspects of a men's and women's track and field program at the NCAA Division II level in Conference Carolinas. Responsibilities encompass coaching multiple event groups, recruiting and retaining student-athletes, and managing sport administrative tasks.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Recruiting, management, sales and extensive knowledge of higher education.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, well-developed presentation skills, and outstanding customer and quality service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of college track and field experience, specifically recruiting and training.
