Beach Volleyball Assistant Coaching Position

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting with the administration of a highly competitive Division I Women's Beach Volleyball program. The Coach is responsible for collaboratively operating all aspects of the program within the rules of the Pac-12 Conference and NCAA, as well as all institutional policies.

Your responsibilities include:

      
• Assist with the identification of and recruit top student-athletes to compete at Stanford within context of applicable NCAA regulations and University admission expectations.
   
• Assist with leadership and instruction in the personal and athletic development of student-athletes.
   
• Assist with development and implementation of strategies for motivating student-athletes to perform at highest levels for individual and team success.
   
• Participate in overall Department of Athletics education and activities, such as regular coaches meetings and compliance education sessions. 
   
• Participate in alumni relations, fundraising activities, and other program communication and relation-management as appropriate.
   
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
