Head Field Hockey Coach

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the direction of the field hockey program, including recruitment, retention, supervision, budget management, on-field coaching, fundraising, and alumni engagement. The coach must adhere to rules and regulations, serve as a role model, and make ethical decisions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree is preferred.
• Head coaching experience preferred.
• Collegiate playing experience preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum 3 years of college coaching experience .
