Director of Athletics

Job Summary

The Director ensures the fulfillment of the university's mission and priorities while promoting diversity and inclusion. Oversee the Recreation Center/fields, managing programs year-round to meet educational, recreational, and athletic needs of the campus community effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required; an advanced degree relevant to the field of athletics, recreation, or facility management is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years experience in athletic administration and supervision, preferably on the collegiate level, which demonstrates strong managerial skills and fiscal accountability.

Prior experience in facilities management for sporting events, coaching and/or recreational programs preferred.

Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations and relevant state and local regulations pertaining to liability and insurance.
