Partner Activation Specialist

Job Summary

• Manage the day to day fulfillment of partnership contracts 


• Track all sponsor contracts and revenue


• Coordinate with internal departments on various fulfillment pieces


• Assist in hosting activities and special events


• Create presentation documents, including year-end partner summaries


• Generate weekly reports


• Record all inventory and promotional items


• Populate Purchase Orders for sponsorship department


• Provide partners with specs, directions and deadlines on contracted elements


• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records


• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs and conferences as required


• Other duties as assigned.
