Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for producing maximum revenue through the sale of ticket packages.
- Maintain expertise in all ticket product lines including season plans, partial plans, group sales and premium seating packages.
- Full participation in widespread inbound/outbound call campaigns.
- Maintain an average minimum of 80 phone calls per day.
- Responsible for in-stadium and outside face-to-face sales presentations to create sales opportunities.
- Responsible for managing and servicing assigned accounts to up-sell and renew on an annual basis.
- Responsible for sourcing, securing, and maintaining sponsorships in a variety of areas.
- Proficient in researching and creating new sales opportunities to increase revenue.
- May be required to work outside sales events in addition to all home games for promoting sales packages through tabling, promotions, and invitations to games.
- Responsible for follow up phone campaigns involving direct marketing efforts.
- Meet or exceed all established activity, sales, and sponsorship goals.
- Active involvement in sales or business organizations including (but not limited to) Chambers of Commerce, Sales and Marketing Executive organizations and other networking associations.
- Responsible for generating revenue through an increase in membership of our community outreach program.
- Responsible for the daily management of merchandise sales through our online platform.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of maintaining successful ticket sales and sponsorships required
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Applications required
- Knowledge of ticketing and CRM systems highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Positive attitude
- Superior presentation skills
- Proven effectiveness when working under pressure and flexibility to accommodate rapid change
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work independently to problem solve
- Collaborative and open-minded team player with the confidence to deal with senior internal and external figures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and prioritize multiple work streams effectively
- Ability to work and travel as business needs require which at times may include long days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must have U.S. work authorization
