Job Summary

Department: Strategic Marketing & Business Operations

Supervisor: Director, Digital Content Production

Overview: Digital Production Specialist will be responsible for capturing and editing video content from Celtics home and road games, additional team & community events and various marketing shoots for distribution across team digital channels with a strong emphasis on storytelling and fan engagement.

Responsibilities Include:

• Produce video content for digital and social channels, Video On Demand, and live streaming events
• Responsible for producing, shooting, lighting, and editing day-to-day content from team practices, games and player/coach interviews
• Develop video content for internal stakeholders
• Maintain video equipment and digital video assets
• Collaborate with team of content producers and videographers
• Travel required to cover road games, practices and other events
• Additional duties as assigned by the Director, Digital Content Production

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree; Broadcast production majors preferred
• 1-3 years of experience
• Emphasis on shooting, editing, and pre/post-production in a sports environment (including audio mixing, lighting and color correction)
• Effective utilization of Adobe’s Suite of tools (Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder) to edit TV-style production
• Ability to work with ENG and DSLR Cinema line of cameras
• Ability to create graphics with After Effects or Cinema4D a bonus
• Possess creative storytelling abilities
• Detail-oriented; Work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Self-starter with the ability to take projects from concept to completion
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to constantly changing environment
• Understanding of and strong interest in NBA basketball
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as determined by team's game, event, and practice schedule
