Job Summary
The position will be in charge of providing exemplary game day customer service to guests like premium members and partners.
Duties
- Engaging with the fans and providing accurate information
- Deliver top level customer service
- Effective problem solving
- Presenting in tidy appearance
- Welcoming/acknowledging the guests
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong skills communications
- Energetic and proactive
- Can work varying days/hours
- Committed to the 2020 season schedule
- Can stand long periods
- Strong customer service experience
- Bilingual: Spanish preferred
