Job Summary

The position entails the task of race surface turf maintaining that can comply or exceed with the standards set by the management.

Duties

• Overseeing the maintenance of turf and all the plants on the facility grounds
• Directing and helping the staff to plant new vegetation
• Providing detailed yearly plan for different property levels
• Water usage management
• Grounds maintenance staff recruiting and retaining
• Subordinates overseeing
• Supervising and controlling of all maintenance expenses
• Record maintaining
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Sports field maintenance knowledge
• Knowledge on relevant equipment and tools proper usage
• Interpersonal skills
• 2 year degree in Turf management
• 3 years of turf management/grounds keeping experience
• Valid driver's license
• Pesticide Application License
• Advanced skills in computer for financial reporting
