Job Summary

The position entails supporting the function of Corporate Secretary and drafting of corporate commercial agreements.

Duties

• Drafting of Proxy supporting while handling the gathering of information for business units
• Reviewing or revising of SEC filings
• D&O questionnaire process management
• Helping to file form 3/4/5
• NYSE compliance management
• Commercial corporate contracts drafting and negotiating
• Help with party transactions
• Assisting in different facets of yearly shareholders meeting
• Aircraft matters management
• Subsidiary management overseeing
• All other tasks as directed

Qualifications

• Legal education from accredited law school wit at least 3 years of corporate legal experience
• New York eligible for registration or has the licensed to practice
• Can work well despite high pressure environment
• Excellent skills in communications
