Job Summary

The position will be supporting and maintaining the equipment, network infrastructure and VOIP services.

Duties:

• Setting up and configuring of all enterprise-wide software/computer hardware
• Helping in the basic configuration and troubleshooting of network switching
• Helping other IT Team members to keep up team effectiveness and functionality
• All requests fulfillment
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree with 3 years work related experience
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and technical capability
• MS office proficient
• Can lift 50 lbs or more
