Job Summary
The position will be supporting and maintaining the equipment, network infrastructure and VOIP services.
Duties:
- Setting up and configuring of all enterprise-wide software/computer hardware
- Helping in the basic configuration and troubleshooting of network switching
- Helping other IT Team members to keep up team effectiveness and functionality
- All requests fulfillment
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree with 3 years work related experience
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and technical capability
- MS office proficient
- Can lift 50 lbs or more
