Job Summary
The position will be supporting and maintaining the equipment, network infrastructure, voice and VOIP services for the team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up and configuring all enterprise wide software and computer hardware
- Helping in basic troubleshooting of network switching
- Requests fulfillment for event
- Be the first contact person for all stakeholders on events
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- MS office proficient
- Computer skills
