Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Customer Service to including answering phone, assisting customers with purchases of golf balls, play-time questions on miniature golf/ putting range and handling/balancing all cash transactions.
- Assist with the Golf pro-shop daily balance sheets, receipt paper, and other materials to run sales for the daily operation of the golf center; confirm that DASH is up and running properly with management.
- Inspect the clubs that customer will be renting and keep organized and report any breakage.
- Update membership profile information in Sports IT/DASH.
- Remain current on facility programs and events in order to correctly respond to the public.
- Reacts to problems and provides basic solutions based on prescribed guidelines or procedures
- Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have a pleasant consumer experience.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends including Sunday when needed.
Experience/Skills:
- 1 – 3 years of customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment.
