JOB TITLE: Soccer Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Director of Athletics

SUMMARY: The soccer coordinator runs the day to day coaching operations for Feltrim Sports Soccer Academy. The position develops strategic planning, coach management/evaluation and team formation. The position is also responsible for creating and implementing the coach development and coach education aspects of the club and oversees the player development programs on the boys and the girl’s side. The position is restricted from performing similar duties for other clubs or organizations without prior written approval from the Director of Athletics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · create and implement coach development curriculum for all coaches in the club · evaluate effectiveness of development program and report outcomes to Director of Athletics · overall responsibility for planning and operating the soccer content including but not limited to practices, competitions, camps, leagues, and tournaments

· develop and monitor club coach standards and expectations · facilitate coach education programming · manage day to day coach operations under the supervision of the Director of Athletics - responsible for all coach inquiries · oversee club coaching · create relationships to bring in quality coaches to the club · oversee player development and create curriculum and player development plans for all teams and ages · perform coach evaluations  · measure coach performance and coach development · create and execute strategic plan for the club · create team formation process · provide college recruiting education to the club members and coaches · organize college recruiting education seminar for club parents and players

QUALIFICATIONS: USSF B/C license or NSCAA equivalent preferred

EXPERIENCE: Playing Experience: College and/or Professional preferred Coaching Experience: coordinator experience preferred or a minimum 2 years youth Coaching experience or 2 years as Professional or College Coach

RELATIONSHIPS: · reports to Director of Athletics · works closely with Director of Athletics, Assistant Director of Athletics and All Staff members · works with team coaches, managers and parents

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $33,000.00-$35,000.00
