Job Summary
The position will be in charge of helping the team in providing top notch customer service and in game fan activations and loyalty marketing activities.
Duties
- Helping in customer service and fan retention
- Helping in the assembly and maintenance of game day loyalty related activation
- Helping in tracking and accurate fan data entry
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Currently studying (undergraduate/graduate)
- Can work nights and weekends
- Organized and can multitask at work
- Strong work ethic/team player
- Strong skills communications
- MS office proficient
