Job Summary

Under the Director of IT’s supervision, the Graphic Design Specialist create content and manage the operation, integrity, and security of the Digital Signage Systems for Show Management, Event Management, and Marketing. The specialist will have the primary responsibility to create to materials to support the advertising and operation of the Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative design projects include, but are not limited to;
Direct mail (flyers, postcards, brochures, self-mailers, and invitations)
Newspaper, trade publication, and sponsorship advertisements, both digital and print
Internal communication publications and devices, such as the Pennsylvania Convention Center Employee Newsletter, and “Heart of House” digital signage.
Assist with inventory control of all digital signage equipment.
Develop Standards of Procedure regarding logo usage, graphic standards, etc.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
