Guest Services, Assistant Manager

Job Summary

The position will be directing and coordinating activities to achieve utmost service and experience for the employees, guests, fans and customers.
Duties

• Helping to oversee and coordinate operations of activities like operations planning, staffing forecasts and operational review of events
• Developing and implementing guest service strategies
• Effective goal communications to the operations team and wider organization
• Proactive communication and feedback acquisition from all clients
• Serves as the main contact for outstanding accounts/balances
• Other related tasks
