Job Summary

 

The position will be providing customer support in all the facets of memberships maintaining for NCSA student athletes.

 

Duties

  • Helping in the on boarding of new NCSA members by way of outbound calling
  • Helping to manage all forms for inbound contact
  • Conducting 2 to 3 hours of phone and email interaction
  • Coaching of NCSA student athletes families as required
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Coaching experience high school/collegiate sports
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Team player and goal oriented
  • Strong skills conversational/MS office
