Job Summary

Academics:

• Exhibits a strong commitment to the Academic progress of all student-athletes.

Coaching:

• Assists the Head Coach in the conduct of pre-season, regular season and permissible out of season practices and training programs.

Recruiting:

• Assumes recruiting duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Development and Community Service:

• Assists the Head Coach in an extensive Campus and community outreach program.

Management:

• Assists the Head Coach in the performance of necessary management duties including achieving administrative deadlines and adherence to procedures for team and recruiting travel, purchasing procedures, scheduling of contests, submission of eligibility forms and squad lists, and oversight of team equipment.
