Job Summary

Facility Operation Services

• Coordinate daily maintenance operations for the anteater track stadium, the tennis stadium, the athletic fields, the field house, and the clubhouse.
• Coordinate routine maintenance through facilities management and student staff.
  Issues work orders, as necessary.
  Ensure staff performs responsibilities in accordance with department and University policies and procedures.
  Provide mowing and turf management care, including irrigation control.
  Submit evaluations regarding student staff work performance.

Manage field maintenance equipment.

• Oversee the care and maintain of all field equipment, including, but not limited to; electric carts, turf painters, mowers, aerification equipment, edgers, blowers, etc.
• Develop and institute procedures for routine maintenance of the equipment.

Direct exterior facility maintenance.

• Direct and oversees the issuance of work orders to correct maintenance issues.
