Job Summary

The Head Coach/Athletic Administrator will join a full-time, professional leadership staff of nine working in the Department of Athletics.  The Athletic Department is housed in the Division of Enrollment Management.

Responsibilities:

• The Head Coach/Athletic Administrator will direct all facets of a competitive NCAA Division III women's basketball program with a special emphasis on recruitment/retention of appropriate student-athletes
• It is required that the candidate will have a thorough and complete understanding of all NCAA Division III philosophies and regulations, and will adhere to these at all times. 
• Regular day, evening and weekend hours are required.

Some Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Previous coaching experience and administrative experience at the collegiate level is strongly preferred. 
• Proficient knowledge of NCAA Division III rules is required.
