Director of Athletics Ticketing

Job Summary

The position will be overseeing the administration and management of all planning/operations/fiscal management of athletic ticket office.

Duties include the following:

1. Evaluating the effectiveness of the unit operations
2. Developing/maintaining/increasing season ticket and group sales for various events
3. Doing outbound calling, in person presentation, prospecting to sell and retain customers
4. Delivering top notch customer service
5. Resolving reoccurring issues and other situations
6. Other related tasks

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year relevant work experience
• Self starter and strong work ethic
• MS office proficient
