Job Summary

• Working with Promoters and clients to understand expectations of successful events
• Establishing event needs based on promoter and client expectations
• Communicating staffing and logistical needs to internal department and outside agencies
• Ensuring proper execution of staffing deployments, equipment rentals and house logistics 
• Preparomg event and labor estimates
• Collecting cost estimates based on event needs and promoter/client requests
• Working with internal department heads on recommended staffing levels
• Ensuring contractual obligations and policies are maintained
• Prepare seating and event diagrams using AutoCAD

Required Qualificaitons: 

• Completion of Bachelor's Degree 
• Previous experience in concert and show management      
• Prior supervisory experience of event staff   
• Knowledge of sports management 
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
