Job Summary

The position will be scheduling and supervising the event Usher team and operations while managing security department.

Duties

• Developing of department scheduling and staffing models
• Deploy usher personnel to positions
• Overseeing the recruitment/hiring and training of event crowd management
• Maintaining accurate time and attendance records
• Managing of employee relations issues
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years college or technical school background
• English fluency
• Mathematical skills
• Reasoning skills
