Director of Athletics - NCAA

Job Summary

The position will be planning and executing the overall athletic program where each participant will be given relevant educational experience.

Duties

• Be the general coordinator of the whole athletic program of the university
• Supervising the intercollegiate athletic events scheduling
• Supervising athletic recruitment and retention
• Developing and executing guidelines for the student athletes and coaches
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• College athletics experience
• Strong skills interpersonal/communication/organizational
• Supervisory experience
• Can multitask at work
