Job Summary

The position will be managing the Fitness Center and helping to plan/execute/review programs and activities of the Fitness Center.

Duties

Daily operations management
Supervising, training, scheduling of hourly/workstudy employees
Educating the staff on performance expectations
Maintaining budget of the Fitness Center
Evaluating and monitoring of equipment
Maintenance of filing system
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Fitness Center operations knowledge/experience
Strong skills customer service/communication
Independent
