Athletics Facilities Manager

Job Summary

Hires, trains and supervises all student employees to ensure the effective daily operations of the Sports Center and Athletics facilities. Coordinates scheduling in an effort to ensure appropriate staff levels are maintained as well as ensure a quality experience at the Sports Center for students, members and other visitors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree required.
2. Work experience in a normal office situation type.
3. Ability to give recommendations to the entire department.
4. Have a good decision making, excellent internal and extenal communication.
5. Outstanding customer relations and managerial skills.
6. Ability to work effectively with diverse group of people.
