Job Summary

The Director of Player Development will develop, execute, and manage programming, events, and initiatives. This position will play an integral role in development and enhancement of the student-athlete experience. It will have direct oversight over the program's community outreach initiatives.

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task, excellent organizational skills.

Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.
