Job Summary
The Head Coach/Director of Women's Volleyball is responsible for the management of both the women's volleyball and beach volleyball programs. They are NCAA Division I programs in the Big West Conference, based at University, Long Beach (Bakersfield).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution; and
5 years of demonstrated coaching and recruiting experience; and/or professional league playing experience.
Conducts themselves in a manner representative of the University, the Department, and the sport both on and off the field of competition.
Lead varying initiatives through a collaborative, service-oriented and communicative approach.
Demonstrated commitment to employee development, recognition, and accountability to further operational goals.
