Manager of Player Engagement

Job Summary

As the Player Engagement Manager, you will manage multiple programs that support player outreach and training initiatives. Assist the Senior Director of Player Engagement in the performance of a variety of professional and administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations and administration of the department. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience working in sports
• Strictly confidential with the business of establishing trusting relationships with front office personnel, players, coaches, administrators, and other professional/collegiate sports affiliates 
• Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally 
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic in approaching tasks and endeavors
