Job Summary

The Senior Associate Athletic Director is responsible for student-athlete well-being and performance excellence. The group advises the Director of Athletics on all aspects of the department. The responsibilities include oversight of overall programs, monitoring budget and NCAA compliance, and working with the head coach.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or comparable education;

Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills and progressive leadership abilities.

Progressive responsibility and experience in improving business efficiencies with ingenuity and resourcefulness in solving business processes or implementing process improvements.

Strong computer experience and the ability to utilize the latest advances in technology.
