Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Spirit Program Director. This position will oversee and manage all elements of the Rutgers Spirit program, which includes the cheer team, dance team, and mascot program.

Job Duties:

Hiring and supervising of coaching staff.

Setting and managing practice schedules.

Reviewing team rules and code of conduct.

Managing the overall program budget.

Assist medical staff and trainers with team paperwork and oversee treatments.

Other duties as assigned.
