Job Summary
The Manager of Membership Services will be focused on providing a world-class membership experience for the company and Dash Season Ticket Members. This position will play a critical role in the planning and execution of the Dynamo/Dash 365 Membership Platforms with the aim of increasing member satisfaction, connection, and overall gameday experience.
Duties & responsibilities:
Day-to-day leadership of Membership Service team focused on servicing Houston Dynamo and Dash Season Ticket Members
Work with leadership to execute the Re-Enrollment timeline including the coordination of all written and digital communication,
Manage season ticket member events calendar and all communication regarding upcoming events
Recruit, hire, and train the Houston Dynamo FC and Dash Membership Account Managers
Teach, model, and reinforce sales & service process to staff on a consistent basis
