Job Summary
Day-to-day leadership of Membership Service team focused on servicing Houston Dynamo and Dash Season Ticket Members
Work with leadership to execute the Re-Enrollment timeline including the coordination of all written and digital communication,
Manage season ticket member events calendar and all communication regarding upcoming events
Recruit, hire, and train the Houston Dynamo FC and Dash Membership Account Managers
Teach, model, and reinforce sales & service process to staff on a consistent basis
