Job Summary

The Peak Performance initiative is designed to position student-athletes for the highest levels of physical, intellectual, and personal growth during their career. The program provides academic and life skills advising to individuals and teams, as well as team-based performance-related programming.

 

What is required for this position:

1. Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Five years of experience in academic support, advising students and developing programs.
3. Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
4. Must be self-directed, strongly motivated, well organized and have a high level of energy.
5. Ability to interact well with a diverse student population, faculty and fellow employees.
