Director of Finance & Administration

Job Summary

The Director of Finance is responsible for a number of key functions, including payroll, account reconciliation, financial statement compilation, event settlements, and the general ledger. The role also includes the preparation of the annual budget and providing highly responsible staff assistance to the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager.

Qualifications:

1. 7 years of increasingly responsible professional accounting or financial management experience, including at least one 1 year of supervisory responsibility
2. Experience with final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting
3. Multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
4. Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility and dedication in the performance of duties
5. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, finance, public or business administration or another related field; ideally with an MBA
