Business Insights & Analytics Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a new director who will support the league by aligning long and short-term strategy with data. This hire will report to the Senior Director of Strategy & BI. The ideal candidate is curious and analytical, able to distill clarity from complexity and has an entrepreneurial desire to innovate.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain.
2. 8+ years of experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in a streaming or subscription service, for both internal and external stakeholders.
3. 5+ years of leadership experience mentoring and growing a team of analysts.
4. Experience with enterprise level reporting and ad hoc analyses to drive large, complex, cross-functional reporting that aligns to enterprise strategy.
5. Adept Technical/Functional experience in Excel, BI Tool(s), and SQL.
