Director, Business Insights & Analytics

Job Summary

Seeking a new director who will support the league by aligning long and short-term strategy with data. This hire will report to the Senior Director of Strategy & BI. The ideal candidate is curious and analytical, able to distill clarity from complexity and has an entrepreneurial desire to innovate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain.
• 8+ years of experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in a streaming or subscription service, for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Practical experience with subscription modelling (churn, LTV, etc.).
• Practical experience with streaming content and viewership.
• 5+ years of leadership experience mentoring and growing a team of analysts.
