Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Communications is responsible for promoting the athletics brand through written and digital content, as well as through traditional news media outlets. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets to maximize coverage and exposure for athletics.

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree in related field and three (3) years of applicable employment experience in a sports setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience using Adobe products, including proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
Experience with media software, social media, statistical software, and related technologies.
Experience in collegiate sports information.
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and In-Design.
