Job Summary

The Manager, Event Security, is responsible for managing all aspects of event security at Capital One Arena and other facilities operated by Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Responsibilities include identifying potential concerns and operational gaps in the event security procedures. building positive relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement officials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5+ years experience in law enforcement, corporate, building or venue security experience. Associate degree will be considered with at least 10+ years experience.

2+ years of management experience in law enforcement, event, building or venue security.

Ability to multi-task and balance business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.

Experience in exercising sound judgment, as well as flexibility to shifting priorities.
