Job Summary

The Merchandise Team Manager (MTM) will drive sales and promote the brand standard through exceptional presentation, merchandising, and replenishment. The MTM will lead through ongoing training, coaching, observation, and recognition to develop a talent bench of engaged and committed team members.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years of operations/merchandising retail management.

4-year college degree preferred.

Productivity driven, task oriented, and highly organized.

Strong merchandising skills and retail acumen.

Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships, and direct teams.
