Job Summary
This role is located at the Sports Complex, home to the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners Major League Baseball clubs. The purpose of this position is to oversee functions in athletic field maintenance, including administrative tasks, safety compliance, turfgrass management, and project coordination. Collaboration is required in supply inventory management, purchasing processes, report creation, and monitoring field standards.
Qualifications:
Three years supervisory experience.
Experience in a municipal or government setting .
Certified Landscape Professional (ALCP).
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as horticulture, turfgrass management, recreation, etc.
Experience: Minimum of five years related experience. Requires a broad knowledge of field maintenance administration, specialized practices, maintenance equipment, workflow systems and procedures.
